Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Wedding Dress: AI Try-On mobile application (the “App”), operated by Gelinlik Dergisi (a Türksem company). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App helps you discover wedding gowns, receive personalised recommendations, and create AI-generated virtual try-on images. Recommendations and try-on images are provided for inspiration and guidance; they are visual approximations and do not guarantee exact fit, colour or availability of any garment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the photos and information you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You grant us a limited licence to process your photo solely to generate your requested try-on image, after which it is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful or offensive content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scrape its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, content and the underlying intelligence system are owned by us and our licensors. Gowns and imagery may belong to their respective ateliers and rights holders. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App; the generated try-on image is for your personal use.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations or try-on images will be accurate, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Purchasing decisions remain your own.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
